The Salameh family has been cultivating olive trees and producing olive oil for generations in the hills of blessed Salfit, Palestine. Today, our tradition is led by my father, Abdelaziz Salameh, and his seven sons. Rooted in a deep connection to the land, we continue to hand-harvest our olives with care and dedication.
